Donna Mattson – Portland, Oregon – Artist update

I am an artist. I have been working the past 30 years in the Portland metropolitan area. I have been fortunate to have studied with some of Portland's best artists: George Johanson, Royal Nebeker, Sherrie Wolf to name a few. The techniques and mediums I've worked with include acrylics, etching, lithography and mono prints. Adding encaustics to my repertoire has enabled me to layer the techniques used in painting, collage and printmaking to create new, sensually exciting pieces.
